WITHOUT THE STATE THE POLITICAL SYSTEM IS AN EMPTY SHELL.

A state may refer to a self-governing political entity (such as a country) or sub-entity (such as a province or region) or a cluster of institutions. Politics refer to a group of people making a collective decision. a political system however, refers to all factors which influence the process of collective decision making of the society as well as the places where these decisions are made.
Apart from the two main components of the political system which are Input and Output components, there exist the central system, feedback, environment and gatekeepers, all   constituting the political system and the uninvolvement of the state in their activities makes it incomplete since they work interchangeably just like the human body.
To begin with, one of the vital needs or values of people living a political community is security and they look up to the government to provide these needs. The state deals with the business of administering justice as it is concerned with the allegiance of its people because disloyalty is a risk to national security. It ensures equality of all citizens by enforcing laws such as criminal law and the political system wouldn’t operate fully without these enforcement of laws since it will interrupt the procedural activities employed in decision making process.
Furthermore, the absence of the state not being employed in external affaires makes the political system incomplete. This is because the state ensures that there are laid down rules and procedures when dealing with foreign matters and the adheration of this ensures a smooth operation and protection of national interest. The state institutions ensures that the corrupt leaders involved in these processes are subjected to prosecution according to the laws of the land inorder to protect the resources that are generated from the sweat of the people living in the community and this proves that it aids the political system by ridding its system of some malpractices evident in its operations.
Also, the political system involves different components which rely on different ideological approaches and the state promotes this consensus. Sophistication in the demand and supply of process entailed in the political system due to the anonymous people from different backgrounds allows political institutions (state) to use democratic rule to select representatives of societies as well as allow the existence of distinct forms of social orders. People with similar interests can for example form political parties with similar aims and employ the usage of different approaches without unnecessary constraints. The leaders of these political parties are relevant to the entire political system especially the central system, since they aid in regulating the inflow of demand into the system hence reduce pressure to prevent its collapse.
The fullness or wholeness of the political system also depends on the state in term of its repressiveness. The state maintains law and order within a particular terrain where it practices sovereignty and any person who tries to interfere with constituencies in processes or peace of all,is dealt with. Such people with the aim of threatening or disrupting the operation of the system is blocked by the state using the police or military for examole.if the people making those demands are living peacefully in their geographical terrain it would reduce the unnecessary pressure due to negative social forces.
Finally, the existence of the start is vital in the decision making policies or processes, since such decisions affect all the people living within that political community. The people”s views and opinions are relevant since the system depends on what they require in order for there to be a satisfaction of some need.
Without the people, then what is the essence of making policies, rules and regulations? And without the functioning of the state which comprises of the different institutions working hand in hand, the political system is an empty shell. This shows that the state is an important factor in the evolution of the political system.

HOW OR BY WHAT MEANS CAN A CONSTITUTION ENDURE OR HOW CAN THEY SURVIVE

A constitution is a set of rules and regulations governing a country or may also be refer to the
supreme laws and rights upon which a country or state is founded, especially when it is seen as
embodying rights of its people. We have written and unwritten constitutions written constitution
refers to a set of laws  often codified as a written document while the unwritten constitution refers
to one in which no single, formal document delineates the powers of a government and the limits
thereof. However not all constitutions are realised due to certain lapses that
may appear during its functioning and below are some of the ways by which it can endure.
To begin with, prevalence of a democratic culture is of essence in consideration of the endurance of
a constitution. Rule of law and constitutionalism are cornerstones of the constitution and reflects on
a country’s commitment to an orderly and civil society in which all are bound by the enduring rules,
principles and values of the constitution(lalonde v Ontario-2001).hence a fall in the various
democratic measures if the ways of the people in society are traditionally subjected to strict
authority.
Again, for a constitution to endure, it has to be home grown and what this implies is that it has to
be established or founded based on the general approval of the people for whom it exists for. Since
such constitutions involve peoples internal set of rules they connect  effectively because most of
what it entails appear after several experiences over patterns of social relations  unlike for example,
in colonial times in Ghana for instance. the 1957 constitution was  given to us by the British hence
we saw it as strange institutions.
Also, for a constitution to endure it has to involve the act of simplicity and realism in its
framework. In certain instances where a country’s constitution involves extreme goals and
objectives, its sustenance and realisation level is relatively low. It will be able to endure however if
its  basic planning system are plain, straightforward and fits the basic traditions and norms of the
people in society. The  basic supporting structure of the constitution should therefore reflect on
achievable opportunities that are in no doubt of great need and value and most importantly real.
Furthermore, for a constitution to endure, it has to possess certain dominant values. Despite its
characteristic of determining who must possess certain powers as well as its limitations or the
fundamental  laws, one important aspect is that it is an embodiment of the history and past events
of the people it rules hence it is impossible for all of its ideas to be fully accomplished if their basis
of foundation are not considerate on the core values and norms  of the people in society. The past
should be the most fundamental reference point  for the constitution in this case.
Finally, the relative modernisation and economic development goes a long way in endurance of a
constitution. The major concern of most people living in a country is the proper allocation of
available national economic and financial resources in order to create opportunities for them to
meet  or better say satisfy their basic necessities of life and this has over the years resulted in
different forms of protests. Constitutions must therefore assist its citizens well-being by meeting
their expectations  concerning their social and economic hassles.
These are some of the explained numerous means how or by which means a constitution can
endure or survive in a country.

LONG AWAITED GLO

It is no hidden fact that GLO made its first major appearance in Ghana in the year 2010.much information show that it isn’t an emerging new company but one that is already operating and existing in other  foreign countries such as Nigeria. Its effectiveness is evident from its numerous consistent operations across the world.
There have been numerous advertisements being played on our television sets about its incoming existence in this country as well as different offices being emerged at anonymous locations with most if not all at their finishing stages of building construction. They have also succeeded in increasing peoples curiosity about their network for some time now.
i must however commend them for their intelligent methods of maintaining their existence in the minds of people including sponsoring anonymous programs and activities such as football premiers. There have being circulating speculations about reasons why they haven’t yet started operations in Ghana and i think they they owe it to us, their future customers to come out and clear the air.
Recent adverts display specific ways reserving our preferred numbers and this makes me wonder if they will soon take roots in operation or if its another one of their numerous ways of capturing the interest of people to refresh and maintain their existence in the minds of everyone.
